7 Days to Reclaiming You: A Journey of Release, Renewal & Self-Investment

Hey you—yes, you!

Do you struggle with insecurities or feel like your confidence is slipping? If so, I want you to take this challenge with me.

Truth is, we all deal with insecurities, and moments of low confidence—whether we admit it, or not. Maybe not every day, but let’s be real. We’re human, and as we go through life, things happen that shake us at our core.

For some, it’s sexual assault. You were violated, and now it feels impossible to feel sexy or safe in intimacy, or you may feel like you’re nothing more than what was taken from you.

Maybe it’s domestic violence. Now you’re afraid to trust, afraid to mess up, afraid that one wrong move could put you right back in a place you fought so hard to escape.

Maybe you lost your job. And now you’re questioning your worth, trying to find your way back but nothing seems to be falling into place.

Maybe it’s illness. Your body has changed. You’re not just fighting to stay alive—you’re fighting to recognize yourself in the mirror.

Maybe you just left a relationship that has left you shaken and unsure of your future. Not sure if you desire the dreams you once prayed for because it seems distant and unrealistic.

Whatever it may be; let me help you out with something. You are still that person. You are still worthy. You still deserve joy. You still deserve life.

We don’t go through pain just to be tested. We go through it to learn how to love ourselves more deeply. So be gentle with yourself. Offer yourself grace in the struggle. Forgive yourself for the days you fall short.

Because healing…It’s messy, but you don’t have to do it alone.

With that being said, join me for a 7-day journey of affirmations and journaling starting June 1st.

It’s time to let go of what’s been holding us down,It’s time for a fresh start, and It’s time to take action.

But we can’t move forward until we commit to doing the work; so let’s do it together.

Challenge:

Journal everyday for 30 mins or more only using

two (2) prompts

  • I release…

  • I want to invest in myself… (knowledge, focusing on loving myself more, therapy, working out)

When we begin to release things that no longer serve our purpose we

feel a void or loss. What you get rid of invest in something better. So no I don’t just want you to write it down. After the next seven days I want you to put forth action to achieve in what you want to Invest yourself, then make it a point to spend time saying affirmations (while looking at yourself).

It sounds weird, but up until now we’ve been feeling like we’ve been doing wrong. It’s nothing wrong with feeling weird and doing right!

Have a good day!
