Why sex after sexual abuse or trauma?

In order for women to enjoy sensuality in the bedroom we must be willing to look past our hurt and redefine what it means to love ourselves…AGAIN!!!!

So I created this class…

For the women who’ve experienced childbirth, but no longer feels as beautiful as she did pre-pregnancy.

For the women who struggle with post-partum depression and needs a break from the needy people in her life so she can enjoy some personal time.

For the women whose husband left them despite how hard they worked to maintain a happy home.

For the women who’ve dealt with sickness, and find it hard to recognize and

love the new woman they see in the mirror.

For the women who were sexually assaulted and the idea of being touched or looked at triggers, flashbacks, and constant state of guilt or shame..

For the women who’ve experienced a close loss, and adjusting to life without that loved one seems unbearable.

For the women who lost themselves after trauma and looking to redefine who she is and tap into the beauty that lies beneath the pain.

Too often we as women compromise our self-love, confidence, and sensuality for the sake of being strong and overcoming our battles not acknowledging the effects it has in our lives. We’ve put ourselves to the side for too long; now it’s time to redefine the beauty that lies beneath the pain…it starts with self-love.
